This 1 year Culinary Course is composed of very systematic training from basic knife skills, sauces, ingredients to professional cooking and plating. It prepares the student to be welly prepared for actual industry hotel & restaurants, not only nationally but also internationally.

This full package course teaches western cuisine, Asian cuisine, bakery, barista and proper service to be done with actual simulation with OJT.
