Course Overview
The Cafe Entrepreneur course is a compacted training for entrepreneurs to conceptualize their coffee shop. This course starts with understanding the taste of different roasted beans and how to use espresso for their menu. It practices actual recipes of Espresso-based Menu Making & Non-espresso based menu. The trendy beverage menu and signature beverages will be taught and simulated and create their own recipes.

This course teaches on how to prepare and decide the machine & equipment which would be the best match for their future coffee shop. It also give guides about costing, inventory and management system.

It will update the new trends in the industry for the success of the entrepreneurs, and help them to make a simple business plan at the end of session.
